to students in grades 1st-12th living in economically disadvantaged communities.

Club Esteem offers quality programs that develop academic and social skills in a safe, caring, and structured environment.

Program Descriptions

Club Esteem provides a safe place for children to learn, grow and reach their full potential. All of Club Esteem’s programs are free. In addition, Club Esteem provides daily snack, family assistance, parenting classes and resources to improve the children we serve and their families' quality of life.

Family Partnerships

Club Esteem requires a Commitment to Excellence Contract to be signed by enrolled students AND their parents.  Students must also attend Club Esteem regularly and pledge to strive for academic and personal excellence.

Volunteer Support

Our staff and volunteers work diligently to ensure our elementary, middle, and high school students reach their academic and personal goals.
During Scholar Hour and Study Hall our children and teens receive tutoring by our staff and volunteer tutors to ensure they achieve academic success.

Measurable data is gathered from pre and post academic and behavior assessments, report cards, benchmark and SAT/ACT test scores, personal instructor observations, teacher’s comments, and parent surveys in order to determine each child’s strengths, weaknesses and progress.

Club Esteem’s mission is to inspire youth from economically disadvantaged communities to embrace the highest standards of academic and personal excellence—instilling in each child a desire to learn, to serve, and to accept challenges.

Our Vision

Club Esteem is committed to helping children and their families obtain real and lasting success and create meaningful change in their community. Club Esteem challenges our students to dream, hope, and believe they can reach their full potential and accomplish their goals with determination, tenacity, fortitude, and hard work no matter what the circumstance.
