Club Esteem’s mission is to inspire youth from economically disadvantaged communities to embrace the highest standards of academic and personal excellence—instilling in each child a desire to learn, to serve, and to accept challenges.
Our goal is to create opportunities that help children and teens break free from the cycle of poverty and develop into healthy, productive and vision-driven adults. We believe that all children deserve equal opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of the economic circumstances. Club Esteem is committed to helping children and their families obtain real lasting success and create meaningful change in their community.
Club Esteem is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization offering free after-school and summer programs Monday through Friday from 2:30-6:30 PM to economically disadvantaged children in grades 1 st through 12 th living in Melbourne and Palm Bay who are or may become at risk of school failure due to socioeconomic factors, family history, and lack of educational support and resources. We provide children and teens with the tools, resources and support needed to achieve academic and personal excellence.

Club Esteem provides a safe, caring and structured environment for children and teens to learn, grow and reach their full potential. Our services include: college readiness, career exploration, STEM learning, character education, performing arts, homework assistance, tutoring, daily nutritious meals, parenting workshops and more. Additionally, our students participate in meaningful community service learning projects, educational field trips and college tours.

Club Esteem's Leaders
Over 80% of Club Esteem's budget goes towards Direct Program expenses.
Approximately forty percent (40%) of the Club Esteem's annual budget is generated from our annual fundraising event. Our volunteer board accomplishes much of our fund-raising with the assistance of a volunteer staff.
Approximately forty percent (40%) of our funds come from foundation partners like the United Way of Brevard, Community Foundation for Brevard and business partners and foundations aligned with our mission.
Roughly 10 percent (10%) of the $380,000+ budget comes from individual donations and our Annual Campaign, which meets the balance of our budgetary needs through personal gifts, grant awards, and event-driven fund-raising efforts.
Approximately 10 percent (10%) of our operating budget is received as in kind donations from the City of Melbourne for our facilities and other program services partners including Second Harvest, and Arts and Music lessons
Club Esteem, Inc. is an IRS certified 501(c) (3) corporation with a non-profit tax I.D. number of 59-3317831.
Club Esteem is a budgeted agency of the United Way of Brevard, we are eligible to receive designated gifts via payroll deduction to the United Way of Brevard, or any other United Way in the country.
Club Esteem is an independent organization and is governed by its own Board of Directors. Club Esteem is not part of any local, state, or federal government agency, or any religious organization.
